My mother and I had a great experience working with Adam and his team to sell her house. He does not have one model for selling a house that he tries to fit everyone into. Instead, he listened to us, took into account our circumstances and the unique characteristics of my mother's house, and advised us on how to get the most bang-for-the buck in pre-listing repairs and improvements. We used several contractors that he recommended and were happy with all of them. He gave a lot of thought to the marketing and pricing of the house, and we accepted an offer within five days of the listing, which is perfect (getting too many early offers is a sign that the property was underpriced). I also interacted with other members of Adam's team (Kattie, Candace, and Lee), and they were all terrific. I highly recommend Adam and his team.
