I had done my research before selecting a realtor to aid myself and my fiancee in our first-home purchase. Troy has a wealth of knowledge of the industry and the market. We had a firm idea of what we were wanting and that initially led us down the new-build route. In the market we were in at the time, negotiation room on new-builds were difficult. However, we got into the process and put ink to paper. As time went on, me and my fiancee lost confidence in our builder and had to rope Troy back in to get out of our contract and look at other potential options. It was an arduous process that saw us contracted on an existing home that turned out to have extensive foundation work needing to be done and all-told the 3rd and final home we contracted on was a success.What I appreciated most about Troy was his patience with us(mostly myself) and that he always made himself available. Whether that was a phone-call, visiting properties, or dealing with difficult negotiations...he was on-the-ball at every turn. I'm sure we weren't his easiest clients, as I have a thoroughness and pay attention to every-detail. However, Troy did the job and earned a client moving forward.I give my highest recommendation for his services.
