My wife and I are experienced investors, and we hired James Coate to help us find our next investment property. We had an idea of what we wanted and where we wanted it, but we wanted James to understand that someday we might want to live in the property ourselves as well. With that in mind, James showed us a number of properties and helped guide us from older homes that needed more work to something a little newer in a growing area--it turned out to be a perfect fit. James provided us with the information and advice to demonstrate the pros and cons to every house that interested us and was very professional and patient throughout the whole process as we wrote several offers in a highly competitive market. He was responsive to our needs, always cheerful and quick to return our phone calls and answer our questions. We will use his services again and refer him to our friends.

I found James Coate from one of his real estate signs while I was driving through a neighborhood. After I decided to work with James, it turns out we had a good friend in common, so I guess the pressure was on for him to perform well, and he came through with flying colors. I knew I needed to move in fairly short order, but I was still developing what the ideal property would be for me. James provided me with the kind of feedback, advice, and information to help me to zero in on the "just right" property. After some analysis, I decided on a townhouse, which, it turns out is a property that has special requirements that James helped me to identify and meet. Overall, I felt relatively at ease through what is usually a stressful experience -- this was not my first purchase. James' PROMPT attention to the details of my transaction made me feel as if I was in good hands throughout. He also recommended a great lender, Nathan Wilson, who did everything he promised he would do and more. Kudos to Mr. Coate and Mr. Wilson. I would refer them to anyone interested in making a home purchase.
