Gus has been in the real estate business for a decade or so, and it shows. He understood and considered our needs in great detail, and was able to guide us efficiently through the process. We were fist time buyers and unfamiliar with the process, in addition to being fairly new to the area too. Gus filtered out properties for us to view that really fit our profile. He was never pushy or hasty but at the same time very responsive and got us to a happy end quickly. In the course of a few weeks we saw dozens of homes in several towns and communities. Gus helped us competently prioritize locations, features, and amenities with respect to value/price. He got us well prepared so that when we finally found THE house we met decision almost instantly. We felt confident that we've considered all details and we made the right choice.
