Joe Allen was extremely professional. I was a single mom and a first time home buyer with a list of demands. Had to be in this school territory, 4 bedrooms, low 100s, etc... I have lived in my house now for two years and the whole family is so happy! Not only did he find a house with all my demands, he bargained for the seller to cut me a check for $4,000 at signing to update the floors in my new home. He also informed and made sure the seller had a home owner warranty on the house which I was so thankful and had to use 6 months later when the water heater needed to be replaced and the warrant did it for free! I am also happy to announce that the same floor plan in my HOA is now selling for 40,000 more. I am beyond happy with his ability to read the market and feel like I have a great investment for me and my family. Update: I sold that house when I got married and made 70,000! Joe you are amazing!We are moving from Texas back to Utah. Joe was great about working with our schedule. When we were in town he took us to see multiple houses in a day. When we were in Texas he FaceTime us while walking multiple properties for us. When we decided on a new build Joe talked to the builder to customize our house within a HOA. This is the second home I have bought through Joe and he sold one for me. I will continue to use Joe for all my real estate needs. He is very intelligent with the market, patience for the client to find that dream home, and articulate enough to get a deal with upgrades.
