To be honest, I was a bit skeptical when I first received the recommendation to go with David Cisneros and the Duley Group. I am so glad I did. I have experienced other real estate agents that seem to either lack patience, don't want to put in the time that it takes, don't make you a priority, or seem to be in it just for the money. David Cisneros was just the opposite. He was extremely patient. He made us feel like we were his only customer. He made us his priority and I know for a fact that he is definitely not in it solely for the money. On day one when we did our first walk through, he spent several hours going over every detail of what it would take to fix our house up and to make it extremely marketable at top dollar. We tried our best to follow his advice to a tee. Not only was he right, we ended up selling our house for more than what we originally thought possible. All through the process David Cisneros kept a humble attitude and this is something I highly respect and admire him for. I was told that the Duley Group is one of the top real estate agency groups in NWA and now I can see why since I have experienced it first-hand. If you are reading reviews to find a good and trustworthy real estate agent, I can honestly say that I highly recommend David Cisneros and the Duley Group.
