Neda was fabulous to work with and truly made the difference in our offer getting accepted over a competitive bid. In today?s buying market you really need any advantage you can get, and Neda was able to use her connections and market expertise to put us in the best position to win. Not only that, but when we were told the builders were not providing washer/dryers after we had an accepted offer, Neda was incredibly gracious to provide us with a substantial credit out of her own commission that helped cover the cost. We really appreciated this gesture so much! Lastly, Neda had great contacts to help us through the buying process including a partnership with a lender who offered us solid cost savings on the appraisal and closing credits. At the end of the day we feel so lucky to have had Neda on our side and feel quite strongly that we would not have been able to purchase our home without her guidance. We absolutely intend to work with her again and cannot recommend her enough!
