When we first started looking for a new home in Texas, we drove around the area of interest to us. We came upon a home we liked and called the realtor on the sign. This realtor was the seller's agent and she got us in contact with Ms. Latria to act as our (buyer's) agent. We could not as for a better agent. She was not a used car sell person or a person who ran once they have your business. Ms. Latrisa was a hardworking, hard charging and a person who gets things done. Saw this first hand when dealing with inspections of the resident. There were some small issues with the house and she follow-up on them as well keeping us informed. I mean when she said she will call you back that day, I guarantee she did. Super friendly, very professional, kind and fun person to be with. Ms. Latrisa made our home buying painless and smooth. We could not as for more.
