Our experience with Christina was absolutely wonderful. Prior to hiring Christina to sell our home, we had gone through 2 other agents, we could go into detail about our experience with those agents, but would rather focus on the positive in regards to hiring Christina. Christina returns calls, texts, and emails PROMPTLY -- there was almost no wait time. She was on the ball with everything. She typically had all the answers for our questions, but when she didnt (and no one has ?all? the answers in real estate), she was very quick about getting the right answer and getting back to us -- again, very promptly. I cannot stress enough how prompt she is! We had a new baby about to be born and Christina saved us a ton of grief by taking over and handling many obstacles with our home sale that we just could not have done on our own. She is a true leader. Her strategical planning and marketing skills were above par with what we needed, to get our home sold quickly. Due to our past experience with other agents, we had developed many fears going into who we were going to hire and end up with next... but Christina proved to be the winner!
