When my husband and I started looking for our forever home, we were not really sure exactly what we were looking for. We had the design in mind for a home that will a wonderful us now but also when we are retired. We found it very difficult to find exactly what we were looking for but Janelle helped us be open to the idea of building a new home so that we can get it designed exactly as we see fit to be our forever home. She was patient with us and showed us all kind of things so we could make the right decision and would have no regrets. For anyone who's ever built a home, there a lot of challenges that come with it and Janelle stayed on top of everything to make sure that things went as they should. Whenever obstacles came up, she was there to help us resolve them and did everything she could to make sure that everything came true for our dream home! Since we were selling and buying, Janelle had to make sure everything worked out for both properties. This became quite the challenge but she handled it like a champ and at the end of the day everything came through and we are now in our dream home.
