Moving is stressful enough, but moving to another state is daunting. After meeting Donna on an initial trip to check out the Portland area, I knew she was our realtor. She listened to all my needs & concerns and with every house we viewed she met them all. The crazy house market was not something we expected but she was always encouraging even when a bid fell through. Donna especially took the time to call me directly to see how I was doing after each let down. With every house viewing day, she brought a local treat for my two boys which was always so thoughtful. Our family will always be grateful when the house that would become our home came on the market. She dropped everything to help us view the home and then negotiated for us to secure an offer. More importantly, she didn?t disappear. She was there throughout the entire process, helped with referrals on inspections, learning the neighborhood and keep my spirits up until signing on our home. With COVID and an insane housing market, Donna always went above and beyond for our family. In the end we have a home that met our needs and now we can look forward to living in Oregon to start our new adventure.
