We are an active duty U.S. Coast Guard family that was making a permanent change of station move from Kings Bay, GA to Memphis, TN. At the time, we had zero knowledge of the local / surrounding area, schools, neighborhoods etc. From the moment Aaron introduced himself via Marco Polo (he introduced us to the app as well), we had an almost immediate connection with him and immediately knew we were in great hands and that he would not simply try and sell us on a home. Inventory was not exactly the greatest at the time, but Aaron did a masterful job of combining our needs and wants while combing the area for listings that met our criteria. One by one, and before our arrival, he traveled far and wide at our convenience to e-show us homes to help narrow down the search and help isolate a location. He was extremely thorough, looking at every nook and cranny at our request. He also sent us daily updates on potential listings so that we were always on top of the search and would not miss out on a possible match. Once we arrived in Tennessee, we were pleasantly surprised with Aaron's offer to pick us up from our hotel and chauffeur us from one showing to another. He was always well organized and had a daily plan to ensure we maximized our short one week stay and met our ultimate goal on time of purchasing a home. As fate would have it, we narrowed down the search to the first house we saw and the last one. But not before we dropped several other "Hey Aaron would you mind getting the scoop on this house and that one with the for sale sign?" Not once did he question our sanity or shoot us down! That along with impromptu showings, one sightseeing tour of Memphis while identifying my daily commute route, and a lunch at one of the local Germantown staples and we were sure we had found our guy. To make a really long story short, we chose the last home we were shown and almost 6 months in I feel with his help we made the absolute best decision possible and couldn't be happier. Bottom line, Aaron Edwards is the epitome of what a local real estate agent should aspire to be and has my most sincere recommendation for any future clients. We will be looking to sell again in the next few years and you can bet 100% that Aaron will be our guy.

My husband and I decided to start looking for our first house this past January. We recently moved back home from California and were referred to Aaron by a realtor on the west coast. The entire process for us went very smoothly and we were in our new home by the end of February. Aaron is very knowledgable and helped us tremendously with our VA home loan. With us being first time home buyers, we were not very experienced on what questions to ask or really the whole process itself. Aaron answered all of our questions and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. He noticed things about our home that we would have never realized until we moved in. The smallest imperfections he will point out and have it fixed if needed. The best part is he is very laid back and easy to trust!
