We contacted Lucas to ask if there was an upcoming open house on a house he had recently listed. He got back with us very fast to tell us there was not an open house, so we set up a day to show the home. We showed up at the arranged day/time but Lucas was no where to be found. The homeowners walked outside to ask if they could help us, and we explained ourselves. Luckily, they were both very understanding and showed the house to us in great detail. They gave us more information on the history than any realtor would know. They jokingly told us they were glad the house was clean since they had their first open house THAT MORNING. After seeing the home, we called Lucas to ask what had happened. He stated he simply forgot to set up the showing, and he had other clients to deal with that day. It was extremely unprofessional, and I would not recommended him to anyone. Luckily zillow suggested an awesome realtor for us, and we are soon making an offer on the same exact home we would have bought through Lucas of he were to actually come.

We first contacted Lucas about selling our house a few years ago. At the time, we were just thinking about it, but hadn't decided on if we wanted to sell or stay. He was very helpful by coming out and telling us which improvements would potentially add value, and which improvements would not be a wise investment. As well as showing us any house along the way that we thought might make us definitely want to sell. A while later we found that there may be a change in my husband's job location, so we wanted to hold off until we knew for sure. Eventually my husband's job did transfer him, and our improvement process was very slow with all of the commuting. Lucas was very patient, and very helpful answering all of our questions before we were even ready to list. As first-time home sellers, we had a lot of questions along the way. Lucas was always knowledgeable, available, and patient. We did sell our house through him, and we're very happy with the outcome of everything.
