I actually started my purchase process with another agent before meeting Andres. I felt like the agent prior did not have our (my lady and I) best interest. It made this process feel like a drag. After meeting Andres for the first time over dinner. He was able to address our concerns and needs. It was complete night and day. Hes very flexible and made himself available (Even on vacation he was responding to emails/texts with questions we had for him.) He was knowledgeable and organized. He took ownership of many tasks as he knew we were inexperienced when it came to this. There were instances where the lenders and attorneys were slacking a bit and Andres stood on top of everyone and deadlines being met. When were ready to purchase another property, if were ever going to sell a property, or if I have the opportunity to refer a friend/relative... Andres is the guy.

We moved down from New York to Florida in July of 2005, we decided to first rent an apartment with our two children and then look for a house. Well after two years in renting we decided to go house hunting but didnt know where to start. We asked around a friend of the family referred Brad Fairman to us, so we called him. He asked what were we looking for i.e. size of house, gated community, area, price, etc... We filled him in an in a matter of a few days he had us see around 5-6 homes, some we liked and some we didnt but the reality of things were that they were mostly out of our price range, so we decided to put it off for a couple of months. Around the six months Brad contacted us and told us that the prices in houses had dropped and that he had a great house for us in Brentwood Lakes/DR Horton, we went and saw the model homes, discussed price, applied and qualified. We had our home built to our taste and we moved in on December 1st, 2007 and have been living here since. I will say that Brad has lots of patience as several of my family members have looked for his expertise in finding them homes and at times they will ask to see the same home about a dozen times or so... He waits for you to make a decision, does not annoy you with calls, or consist visits. He also follow-ups after you move in to your home and even makes time to visit during the holidays.
