Michelle was an invaluable asset throughout our entire search for a home that met our criteria. She provided a unique perspective when it came to the structural integrity and quality of craftsmanship in every home we viewed, due to her many years of experience as co-owner of a construction company. In the Spring of 2014, I met Michelle A'Dair thru a local friend. She is all of the above "stars". In our first meeting, Michelle's inquiry was what I was looking for, likes/dislikes...Her e-mails with co-responding homes appeared and we began our search. She took note of my observances; and included some that I did not see. After several trips in the area, I found my new home. The final decision was mine...Michelle explained all the paperwork, and kept things on track the whole time. We began the escrow....all the while she would say, "just a few more signatures" and we will be done. I've encountered several realtors over the years that were not up to par.
