We were moving from the Bay Area to Sonora with no prior knowledge of the community other than driving through the "cute downtown". We spent about an hour with Michelle describing what we wanted and showing her some examples of aesthetically pleasing properties. She took that information and was able to put together a portfolio that made the best use of our trips to the area. Michelle knew what we wanted before we did and was able to find us the perfect home in which we intend to stay for the rest of our lives.Her construction background allowed her to point out positive and negatives that would affect us down the line, and that information was critical in our decision making. A good realtor is part psychologist, engineer, contractor and financial adviser as much as a knowledge source for available homes. We will, and have, referred friends to her and recommended her as a resource for our bay area broker.
