My partner and I were moving to Toronto from Halifax when I was referred to Brandon through a friend. She had used his services to find an apartment when she was moving from Halifax, and had fantastic things to say. Needless to say, I was not disappointed. Not only did Mark and Brandon physically check out places we were interested in, they also gave detailed feedback regarding their experiences and made solid recommendations. They truly went above and beyond in order to find us a suitable apartment. Brandon actually emailed me photos of a listing that was not yet posted, as it was being rented by one of their clients. This gave us the chance to jump on the opportunity. Almost two years later, we are still absolutely loving our new apartment in a fabulous location. I would not trust any other team to find me my dream home in Toronto.

Words cannot describe the level of service performed by Adelson & Weiss. First of all, we were not rushed through the process. In fact there were probably 4 months worth of conversations leading up to the moment of our sale. When the time came to pull the trigger, the two of them assisted with the simple staging of our property, walked us through the fine details and ensured that we were comfortable with the next steps. The end result was more than we ever expected.The purchasing process was no different. The two of them ensured they knew all the details of the listing (neighborhood and property). In addition, with Mark's background in construction, you get the added bonus of unlocking the potential of a "fixer upper". There's no doubt that we will be using Mark and Brandon again in the future!
