My wife and I started things out on a whim, he are you ready to downsize? So I started looking at new construction in the location that we wanted to live in. I found a home (online) requested to view the home and decided to take the first person who responded. Well the phone rang told them we were wanting to downsize and I would like to view this certain home (new construction). they then asked if I was pre-approved, I said no and that all I wanted to was look at it. well it never happened, so the next day I decided to call the second person who responded to my inquiry (they beeped in while I was speaking to the first responder the previous day). I called told them the same thing, we set up a time to meet, that day and I went to look at the home. I loved the construction and the home. So I then asked Jessica, we have a home now, what do we need to do in order to get a new one. This is when I realized that I found the Realtor for us. Jessica amazed me, she pulled out a folder on our home, had all the critical information on it, the square footage, number of bedrooms, everything. Jessica even had comps (home values of comparable homes around us, taxes, and what we could expect to ask for our current home. Jessica even had all the details of when we would need to put it on the market, the process of purchasing the new home... I was truly amazed! This was so easy, Jessica had everything in order, she even had a professional photographer take pictures of our home. Jessica is such a professional at what she does, she really knows the business, the process and is extremely easy to work with. When you are ready to sell or buy a home, land or property choose Jessica, you will not be disappointed with the results. Once again Jessica, thank you for making everything such an easy process.
