I am so glad we got to work with Abhijit (AJ) and his team at PropertyEconomics for our new home Purchase. We were upsizing from our townhome to a single family. AJ is referred to me by a friend and the moment I spoke to him on the phone, I knew he is the right guy for the job. He knew exactly what we were looking for and started sending listing right away. He is super knowledgeable with the current real state market conditions and with all the chicago suburbs. We were worried about the bidding wars and overpaying for the home. If not for AJ?s guidance we would have delayed our home purchase and end up paying higher mortgage interest. In this crazy housing market you need a supporting team like his. AJ?s team is always available for us 24x7 via the WhatsApp Group they created dedicated for our home hunt. They were able to schedule all the showings and we wrote several offers. He never let us get discouraged when our offers weren?t accepted. He would always give his honest opinion on the property and help decide on a fair offer price. We finally could find a good home within our budget and renovate to our needs. His team helped us along every step from writing offer to securing loan to closing. I would highly recommend AJ if you are in market or even thinking of buying a home in the future as he can provide some exposure and help you along the way.

No doubt, Abhijit is great realtor. But before that he is a great person and now a good friend. Last year we were in the process of upgrading from our existing home and the hunt for a new house was not going anywhere. At the tail end of summer, we decided to try a new realtor. I found Abhijit on a realty site and was impressed by his stellar rate of transactions. Initially I was little hesistant as I had doubts if he would be able to devote enough time to us as he seemed crazy busy. But after we met him and started working with him, we had no doubt that he was the right realtor for us. Right from the very first meeting, he became more of a friend than our realtor. We were very impressed about his deep knowledge of almost everything about houses. Abhijit is such a great negotiator that he got us our new home at a price which was lower than what we were thinking and sold our existing house at a value more than what we had in mind(highest price for any house sold in last one year and that to in winter!). What else do I need from a realtor! Our concerns about his availability were also cleared as he was very responsive. Almost 24x7. His secret of handling so many transactions is his great team that handled all administrative/scheduling. Abhijits Mom Savita is very nice and provided the right advice whenever we had any questions.
