We are very grateful that Debbie reached out to us when we were looking for a house. We were moving from Minneapolis, MN to Sioux Falls, SD, so that added a layer of stress to the process. Debbie took away that stress. She patiently showed us over 15 properties. We started feeling bad that she had to show us so many, but she kept us positive and we finally found the house for us. Debbie helped us navigate the process, from getting paperwork signed to working with our loan officer to dealing with potential problems. She texted us regularly with updates and really kept the process moving along. She also has familiarity with potential issues with houses (such as potential repair issues), so she pointed out things as we looked at houses. We needed to have something looked at by a contractor after the house inspection and she worked with the seller's agent to take care of it quickly. Debbie is personable and is straightforward and it was fun to look at houses with her too.
