When we finally decided to jump feet first into the housing market we 1) didnt think we would find anything we loved right away 2) know anything about buying a house. We were referred to Robin by a family friend from a Realtor One office in Chesterfield. She was so personable, fun, and easy to talk to, she made sure to set the expectation that we may NOT find the perfect house right away and that we should give it 6 months if we weren't in a rush. We were okay with that and surprisingly it only took us a month! Robin was with us every step of the way and took all of our considerations to heart. Even when we ended up with a house full of projects she excitedly told us she couldnt wait for the end result. As first time home buyers we wanted someone who would go over all of details and we were so glad she was good at giving honest feedback on what she thought of all the houses, she was right there with us through every step of the process. We are so grateful for all the work she put in to us getting our dream house. Shes the best and we couldnt have been happier with our experience. If you want a straight shooter, high level communicator, and subject expert to help guide you through the process of purchasing/selling your home Robin IS YOUR REALTOR!Being in the industry myself and a first time home buyer I could never have asked for a better PARTNER to help GUIDE me and provide me SUPPORT through this incredibly emotionally driven process. Robin went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure that I received the BEST deal (only brought my down payment to closing), did both her job and that of the sellers side (who were very unresponsive and lacked all sense of urgency) to get me to the closing table, and more importantly she was ALWAYS THERE to listen and talk no matter the day or time. My process took four long stressful months due to the poor lack of execution, urgency, and lack of communication from the seller's listing agent and pretty much all parties on that side of the transaction. Several times I wanted to back out and throw in the towel but fortunately Robin was always there to remind me of why I initially started the process [its huge for me that as busy as she is that she took the time to get to know me]and showed genuine care. I never felt pressured into buying something because she was always very honest about home conditions and never allowed me to get in a bad position financially. She kept me in check by ensuring that I stayed under my original target purchase price of 100k (although I was approved for over twice that amount).Robin on several occasions took time (hours 5+) out of her day to sit in front of the house I was purchasing to make sure DTE could have access to the property (something that should have been done by the listing agent). We had started working together last summer 2014 and when I had to post pone due to personal reasons she stayed in touch until I was ready again and was never upset because of the time she had spent. As a PROFESSIONAL myself I can tell you that you as a client will never be able to anticipate all the hurdles and questions you will have in relation to buying/selling a home and if you want PEACE OF MIND, someone to listen, guide you, and help you achieve your goal no one will do a better job than Robin.I am now a proud homeowner and achieved the American Dream Thanks Robin and I wish you all the best with your venture.
