Hello, my name is Laura and I'm a first-time home buyer. I am nearing the closing on our very first home and Ms. Guajardo has been our realtor for nearly seven months, working very hard to help us find the home that is perfect for us. I started out with another realtor through another company who took days to return calls, cancelled a showing very last minute (I was at the house!) and was very rude to me. A friend recommended Robin and I am so thankful that she did!Robin is hard working, she always gets back to me within 24 hours (usually within an hour or so, though). She has been very patient and dedicated. I unfortunately started out trying to buy a short sale. After waiting nearly seven months with no word from the seller, my boyfriend and I decided to move on. Robin has been very knowledgeable and recommended the very best for us. She knew all the steps to the short sale process when we started and was able to help us get out of it and find a different (and better!) house. She was very helpful and efficient in writing up the offer and helped us get a great deal. We are also doing an FHA/MSHDA loan which complicates things even more but again, she knows exactly what to do and how to handle it!I truly don't think we would've been able to find a home in our price range without the expertise and consideration of Robin. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone and if we ever buy a house again she will be the very first person I contact.
