After searching online for a house and requesting some additional information. I received a email from Kimberly very shortly after. She was very helpful from the start. We spoke about what I was interested in and what I abosolutly had to have. She didn't try to show me homes just to sell me, but homes that had serious potential. The plan was for me to start out building a house then my time circumstances changed. Due to time restraints I chose to buy and not to build. She was always there for me, helping me with new homes that were listed on the market to referring me to lenders that were easy to work with. Due to my busy schedule she was always available and willing to take the time to show me several homes at different times of the day on short notice. She worked with me through several meetings on building a home and through multiple showings around my preferred area. After a year and a half of searching and planning, a home finally came up she thought I would possibly be interested in. I went the very next day to walk through. It turned out to be a house I loved! I made a immediate offer with her help. And not so far after I closed on. I highly recommend Kimberly if your listing your house or looking to buy. Very knowledgeable on both aspects! I always felt she was looking out for my best interest and I owe her a huge THANK YOU for introducing me to my new home! Give her a try and I promise you won't be disappointed!
