If you are looking for a realtor- CHRIS IS THE ONE! My husband and I were first time home buyers in this crazy market, and we are so incredibly thankful to have worked with Chris and Pat! We were working with a prior realtor who wasnt being helpful or responsive, and after searching online for a new realtor, I found Pat Lotz Real Estate and that changed the game for us completely. They called me back IMMEDIATELY, and accomplished more in a thirty minute phone call than our previous realtor had done in weeks (provided education, set up a portal, even scheduled us a showing for the next morning)! Working with Chris after that was an absolute dream. He was responsive, honest, knowledgeable, flexible, and makes you his top priority as his buyers. Chris has to be THE most responsive real estate agent on the market! I work crazy hours, and it was nothing for him to set up a two hour phone call with us at 10:00 pm to go over documentation. He provided so much education for us as first time home buyers, gave us honest feedback on decision making, navigated this insane market with multiple showings a day, and was always available for even the smallest detail. He was amazingly knowledgeable about the current market and the areas we were looking in, had great rapport with the sellers realtors we encountered, and was upfront and honest while answering all of our questions. We are so grateful and appreciative for all of the work he did for us, and couldnt have had a more positive experience as first time home buyers!
