Barry served us well over the 16 months (served in two distinct periods) that we searched for land in the greater Ann Arbor MI area. He was the only RE agent (of the 4 we contacted) to welcome us when we resumed our search the 2nd time. He demonstrated an impressive local knowledge of Washtenaw County property relative to pipeline easements and alternate land usage. His process expertise exceeded our expectations, conducting business while remaining in electronic touch with us when we were separated by hundreds of miles. So quickly did he respond to our texts and emails, we believed he must be hard-wired into his iPhone! Exceptional negotiation skills were obvious to us when he successfully did our deal with the seller's RE salesperson who, in our opinion, was performing below the norm. In our opinion, Barry certainly deserves the 5 stars we give him.
