My husband and I had a great experience working with Henrietta Adler when purchasing our first home in Long Island. She is extremely knowledgeable and knew the areas we were interested in very well. Its hard to find a two-family home in long Island but Henrietta was always optimistic in her search and she accompanied us on all our property visits and maintained an up to date listing of available properties that fit our criteria. No matter how much we liked or disliked a place, she never tried to push a place on us. We always felt she had our best interests at heart and that is really important. She is honest, prompt and has such a great personality that made the whole buying experience a pleasant one. She is also incredibly professional and walked us through every step of the process so wed know what to expect. My husband and I both have very busy schedules and she really managed our time well, she was responsive, and always available. When it came time to make an offer Henrietta excelled even further. We were able to close on a place we both absolutely loved. She recommended a fantastic inspector and other vendors, all of whose work turned out very well. We were so pleased with Henrietta as our real estate agent that we also asked her to help us rent one of the apartments. She arranged an open house and found us a great tenant. Henrietta goes above and beyond for all of her clients and has so much joy in helping in every way she can. A good real estate agent is so important, and shes definitely one of the best! We are very lucky and highly recommend her.
