I was drawn to Jennifer by her web site, which initially allowed me to look at all of her listings without having to "sign-up" for access. When my wife and I were ready to start, Jennifer put me at ease right away, assuring me that we would find the right house. She was extremely knowledgeable about the specific area that we were interested in, and very responsive to our needs. She took us to see a lot of homes, and gave us her honest opinion, and never said what we wanted to hear, for the sake of making a sale. Jennifer took a lot of her time to walk us through the process, and was available at all hours even weekends to respond to our questions. Quickly, Jennifer felt like family to us. She connected well with my wife and I, as well as to our two daughters. The girls looked forward to seeing Jennifer at the houses. Given our price range and list of specifics, I really didnt think that it would ever happen, but it did. We found the perfect home, with Jennifers patience and understanding. During the contract process, Jennifer was a great negotiator and a aEURoebull-dogaEUR?, never backing down. She even was able to get us a John Deere tractor. The whole transaction was very smooth. In our opinion, Jennifer is a true professional and expert in her field. She has provided us with invaluable information and insight, which made the entire process less painful. Even more importantly, we would call Jennifer our friend. My wife and I would highly recommend Jennifer for anyone looking to buy or sell a house.
