Trisha was tasked with finding a home for my family with a very short time frame(Two weeks to find and secure) with very specific needs. One would think finding a home in an area which allows dogs would be easy. Wrong not in Utah. In almost every county in Utah a strict limit of no more than three pets are allowed. Trisha had to research each county for possible exceptions. Trisha worked through serious illness which would sideline most. To further complicate things there was a four hour time difference between us. She would return calls very late in the evening Utah time, to ensure the properties which became available were put into order or eliminated so the next day she could check them out to see if the home were acceptable. When it came to negotiating the price and terms of the property we finally settled on we were shocked at not only the price we were able to get it for but all of the items she was able to get thrown into the deal.Trisha has a team that she works with that are just outstanding. We started out working with a loan company of our own choosing. At the last minute just days before leaving to Utah the Mortgage we were working with pulled out leaving us stranded. Trisha to the rescue, she suggested using a Mortgage she uses as part of her team. Her team was able to complete the entire loan process in just three short weeks, This purchase and move very easily could have been a disaster many times, but Trisha made it happen. Without Trisha and her team there is no way the move and purchase would have happened. She is the best.
