My experience with Sandra has been nothing short of amazing. I have worked with her for my last two home purchases/sales and she has continued to exceed expectations. My first transaction was quite smooth as she did a fantastic job mediating the deal but my second was a whole different story. Sandra was able to pacify my concerns on things getting bumpy with the buyer and real estate agent of my 2nd property. They were being totally unreasonable but she managed to help ease the situation while continually reassuring me that everything would work itself out. During that challenging sale it was hard to stay positive and anxiety free. But I knew deep down that she always had my best interest in the forefront. End of the day - if you want someone who knows the industry inside out, connections that run in every aspect of real estate, great tact with everything she does, then look no further. I am very happy with her service and feel as though she genuinely cares about the process as much as you would. It?s personal with her, which is what you want with such a big purchase in your life. Dennis came as a recommendation from a friend, we went with Dennis after letting our first realtor go and thank goodness we did! Dennis is extremely knowledgeable, patient and will never lead you into buying a home that is not for you or what you are looking for. We bought our home at the height of the market, it took about 4 months, and countless offers (outbid by all cash offers) when we felt like giving up Dennis always had words of encouragement and patience.
