Dishonest, arrogant, greedy. Didn?t deliver as promised. You?ll lose and you wouldnt even notice it until after. Local knowledge: 1 Doesn?t understand the local market, doesn?t understand the current economic and housing situation. Process expertise: 5 Yes, he knows process very well and he uses his expertise to enrich himself. You are not his highest priority. Manipulates you in the position where you have to make the decisions you wish you never did. He realizes you don?t have time/knowledge to follow the process and he uses it to rip you off. Responsiveness: 1 He is quick to respond when he needs your signature on the listing agreement and to accept an offer. Once he gets it, he will be hard to find. He wasn?t there to deal with inspection, HOA and other issues. He was not to be found for walk through or settlement, didn?t provide the key to the property to the buyer Negotiation skills: 1 He negotiates very well for his compensation. However he doesn?t negotiate for you at all. He will blame ?slow market?, bad weather and everyone else just to get you to agree on lower price.
