Steve came recommended by a friend, and after working with him ourselves we also recommend Steve to our friends. He brought his expertise in home remodeling and buying/selling to give us objective views of the pros and cons of properties he showed us. He was always very responsive to our many questions as new homeowners during the searching process, viewed himself as a teacher and guide during the process, and we learned a lot about honing our buyers eye during walk-throughs with him of various properties, where he would give us time to look around, yet still point out things of note (good and bad) in each property such as details that marked quality as well as ask the listing agent key questions. Most importantly, we felt like Steve was always our advocate during the buying process, and he would negotiate for lower prices on our behalf if he thought it right. We highly recommend Steve!

David helped my wife and I purchase our first home in Boston. He was tremendously helpful throughout the process, was always responsive (even on weekends), and would even give us rides to and from showings when possible. David is a great guy/family man which translates into his work as an agent. He came highly recommended by a friend and we could not be more pleased with the level of service he gave us.
