My experience with Josh could not have been any better. As a first time home buyer, I had many questions and concerns about the process as a whole. Josh made it a point to meet with us just to explain the process and put our minds at ease before we even began our search. He then provided honest feedback about the timing of our search, and when we should start looking. He truly had our best interest in mind throughout our entire search. Josh sent us homes that fit our needs daily and set up appointments to view homes on the same day we requested them. When it was time to make an offer Josh thoroughly explained our options, reviewed the pricing of similar homes, negotiated on our behalf, and advised us as if he was buying a home for himself. My wife and I are extremely happy with the service we received. Josh even welcomed us into our new home with champagne! We have found a friend and realtor for many years to come.
