Christie went above and beyond our expectations when it came to helping my husband and I find our new home.The home buying process can be stressful, but with Christies guidance, knowledge, and support, we knew we were in great hands. She was always available to discuss our questions or concerns at any time of day. Seriously, ANY TIME OF DAY. At a moments notice, she would drive long hours to do a showing, even if it was only for five minutes. She cares about her clients and goes the extra mile to make sure they are supported. She wants to see her clients get their dream home and will do anything in her power to ensure they are the top contender to buyers in such a competitive market. I reached out to Andrew Hart last year just to do some fact finding. I explained we weren't ready to purchase at the moment but maybe in the next 6 to 8 months. Even knowing we weren't potential buyers just yet, Andrew was more than happy to spend plenty of time answering questions, showing us listings to understand what we were looking for, and made sure we were well educated as we started the process of purchasing our first home. Through out the entire home buying experience beginning to end, Andrew keeps us informed and up to date at all times. During stressful moments day or night Andrew was always there to answer questions and address our concerns accordingly. I truly cant thank Mr. Hart enough for making this process an easy and enjoyable one. We were able to close on a house that met all our needs and in a price range that we were happy with. One of the most important things to look for when getting an agent is knowledge and communication. Todd comes out strongly in both these areas. He is a young real-estate professional, very knowledgeable and absolutely on top when it comes to communication.Todd helped me stay clear of homes that werent a great value and proactively reached out to listing agents of homes that we were interested in. He took care to understand our vision for our new home. Todd completely honored my needs and wishes and supported us in finding the best home for our needs. At no point did we feel any kind of pressure, and the whole process was very smooth and stress free.Todd made draft a strong offer that both me and the seller were happy with. Since it was our first home purchase, we had lots of questions and Todd was very patient in answering them throughout the purchase, and made himself available day or night over email and text.We started my house hunting process in October 2019, and were lucky to have found Todd who helped us through the entire process.
