We met Amanda at a house that our agent(never showed) was supposed to have met us at lol. Although she was not our agent at the time, she provided us with plenty of important information that we had no idea on. We switched information and that same day she started looking for houses that we would like to see.Amanda showed us plenty of houses, good and bad ones lol. I did not feel forced to submit an offer. She was patient and if we did not like a house, she would say with a great smile " Ok no problem. On to the other one". Once we finally decided on a house(finally!!!), offer was submitted and received a yes that same day!!!There was a lot of delays with my lender(not with Amanda, she was great) and it took us a long long time to finally get out house keys. During that whole waiting period, Amanda stayed optimistic and with her great smile simply stated " if it doesnt work out, then we'll just keep looking".Overall, she did great. My wife and my son love their home. There is no better feeling in the world then getting home after a long day at work.and seeing my son's room thrashed with toys all over because hes having that much fun.Thanks Amanda
