We have been working with Shannon for a little over a year. When we asked around for who was available for an urgent showing and offer, on Christmas Eve, Shannon was the only person referred to us as available - and she was! Not only did she rush to show us the home on Xmas eve but she also put together the offer that same day and got it in front of the sellers before the break. A+ service! This was not my first selling of a home but was the first time I really felt the agent knew her business. Shannon promptly replied to our request for help in selling our home. She came to the initial meeting with very helpful information and explained her process in a way that definitely showed her expertise in real estate very responsive as if you are her only client! We were in a hurry to sell and needed a good market analysis of what price we could sell at quickly. Shannon utilized her knowledge of the area and worked up our options the next day. Shannon also advised us on yard upkeep and home cleaners. When the house listed, an offer was immediately submitted (within 1 day) above the listing price. After accepting the offer she informed us that another potential offer was available, she only presented the offer to us and did not push us in one direction or the other, we honored our first offer as it was the right thing to do. During the closing process Shannon continued to assist us with paperwork as we were living outside the country. She checked up on the house for us and sent us pictures of the condition following cleanups. Friendly and professional. Her communications skills were excellent. I highly recommend Shannon as a realtor you would love to work with.
