A lifelong Southern Californian, I needed a fresh start after the death of my husband and decided to relocate to New England, an area I had always dreamed about visiting. It took me a fair amount of online research, but I finally found a home in Connecticut and contacted Re/Max. I had a few questions about the property that were not answered by the listing itself and absolutely won the jackpot when Terri Hart answered my call and became my agent. She contacted me immediately, listened to my story, drove to the property that very morning, took additional photos and emailed them to me with answers to my initial questions. I understand how unique it is to decide to buy a home 3,000 miles away without ever physically setting foot on the property before you move into it. That is why Terri is such a special person and excellent realtor. She demonstrated empathy, patience and humanity in her interactions with me while I dealt with the emotional demands of moving from the home where my husband and I raised our two daughters. She has a great sense of humor, too. She negotiated a final sale, keeping in regular touch with me and acting in my behalf the whole time...including the inspection and closing. I was a little concerned about managing the purchase of a home from so far away, but Terri led me through it successfully and with minimum stress. It was a great experience because of her knowledge, attention and care. I know that if I ever have any concerns, I have an invaluable resource in Terri. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling their home or property.

My husband and I really enjoyed working with Charlie when we purchased our South Boston condo in 2017. At the onset, Charlie set realistic expectations for the market. We really appreciated his expertise and candor, especially being first time homebuyers. However, he exceeded our expectations from a timing, cost and negotiating standpoint. Not only did he steer us in the right direction, he also got us everything we wanted from the buyer. An impressive feat given there were multiple offers on our condo! Charlie really understands the market and has solid relationships that set him above the rest. Our entire buying process went extremely smoothly and every other vendor Charlie brought in (lawyer, mortgage company, insurance) was also top notch, making our experience that much better. We really couldn't have been happier with our decision to work with Charlie and highly recommend you do as well.
