When we decided to sell our home I started to look for a local agent to work with. After viewing many agents, and reading many reviews, we decided to contact Charles King. Based on all of the positive reviews we read about him, he seemed like the best choose. When we first met Charlie, we liked him right away. He listened to our concerns as we told him exactly what we wanted to do, sell our 3 family home, buy a two family home, and buy a condo all at the same time. It was a very big undertaking to sell a property and buy 2 properties, but Charlie was wonderful and certainly up for the task. He was always available when we had questions and scheduled showings and inspections always at our convenience. Thanks to Charlie we sold our 3 family house, bought a two family house, and bought a condo all at the same time. Our closings were a day apart. We can not thank Charlie enough for all the hard work and effort he put into making this difficult transition as smooth and as timely as possible. Charles King is incredibly professional, as well as a caring and compassionate person. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone who is looking to sell and buy property.
