Haydn is a wonderful real-estate agent to work with! We are first time home buyers and have nothing but positive things to say about Haydn. We gave Haydn quite the chore to find us a two/three bedroom house with a garage at our price point and in our desired neighborhoods in Spokane.Haydn really listened to what we wanted and he did the absolute best at finding us listings that met our criteria. For over two months Haydn tirelessly showed us five-ten houses a week and set up showings the same day as our request (often within hours)! We put in several offers and felt incredibly confident in Haydn's ability to negotiate the tricky Spokane market. Long story short, Haydn found us a house better than we ever expected. He found us everything we requested (three bedroom, one bath, with a great yard for our dog and a detached garage on the south hill less than a block away from my sister's house). Not only did Haydn expertly negotiate our contract but when our appraisal came back we were shocked to hear that it was 20k above our offer. When we started looking in June 2020 we were pretty discouraged by the market. Hadyn's perseverance and positive attitude was what allowed us to keep going well into August. We still can't believe he found us our dream home that is within walking distance of Comstock and Manito Park. I would without a doubt recommend Haydn to friends, family or anyone looking to buy or sell a house in the Inland Northwest. We will be using Hadyn for all of our future real-estate needs!
