Where do I begin? When we first decided to start shopping for a new home, I contacted Tami Price because of her incredible reviews and recommendations. From that very first phone call, Tami made me feel like i had her full attention. She spent 45 minutes on the phone answering my questions (I had many) about the process and about the current real estate frenzy. After that call, I knew that I had contacted the right person. Over the next many weeks, Tami and Cody were 100% responsive, professional, personable, and fully dedicated to helping us find a house. If a house we liked came on the market on a weekend, she was there. If it came up on a holiday, she was there - and it paid off! We made an offer on our current home on the 4th of July, and it was accepted! And why was it accepted? Given the competition, I know that it was because of her experience, her knowledge, and her dedication. This realtor is the real deal, and thanks to her and Cody, we are now home owners!! Let me add that aside from her professionalism, she is also a great human. Easy to talk to, patient, and great with kids (my 2 year old boy loved seeing her every time!).
