Where do we start?! We were referred to Marni from a mutual friend when we found out we were moving to the SA area and needed to find an awesome house as soon as possible. From the very start Marni was excellent with her communication with us. She texted all afternoon and made sure to send properties for us to view online that very first evening we were in touch with her. We met Marni only three days later and immediately we felt at ease with her. She is honest, sincere, and she really cares about her clients wants and needs. Marni spent all afternoon (on a holiday weekend) showing us the many properties we requested to view and was even able to add more showings in less than 24 hours for us to view the next morning. Its because of this go-getter persona that she has, that we were able to find the home of our dreams the second day of showings. She made what could have been a very stressful home buying experience, seamless; practically holding our hand every step of the way. We were able to close in less than 30 days and I attribute a lot of that to her. She made sure to stay on top of every detail of the home buying process. We could not have asked for a better realtor and we mean that whole-heartedly. We sincerely hope to continue the relationship we have built with her as not only our realtor, but as our friend.
