I talked to numerous real estate agents face to face before I listed my house. I decided to go with Steve Freeman because he seemed to be the best fit for me and my situation. He had a lot of experience, knew the area well, and knew how to give my house the most exposure over a number of different mediums (different social networks, real estate web sites,etc). He helped me to come up with a realistic sale price for my house, and I had prospective buyers coming to look at the house the day after it was listed. He also made it possible for the prospective buyers to make specific appointment times to see the house, and kept me informed whenever someone looked at the house (The house was empty when it was on the market). Plus, he then gave me their feedback from a short survey he had them fill out after looking at the house. I ended up selling my house for more than what I was asking for it, and Steve did a great job from start to finish.
