Jeremy Applebaum and his team are THE realtor choice in the Kansas City area. They know what theyre doing. Our experience with him in buying our first home was exceptional so the decision to choose him for the sale of our home was easy! As expected, the entire process was seamless. The guidance with paperwork, house needs for showings, inspection, etc, communication, and incredible friendliness of Jeremy and staff was beyond amazing. Our home sold FAST and well over asking! We saw nothing but complete dedication to his job and us specifically. We moved to Colorado Springs and he also set us up with a realtor connection there which was also a great experience! Liron and Sarah were incredibly sweet and very proficient at their jobs/responsibilities as well. They are a dynamite team that I would recommend to anyone!!

Purchasing a house with Jeremy was such an amazing experience; he was available to us day and night, answered all of our questions, reviewed the contract with us in detail, and was such a pro negotiating terms in our favor. The real magic was selling our house. No realtor is as devoted and meticulous as Jeremy. He went through our home and made a list of tasks to put it on the market, gave us ideas of how to inexpensively upgrade areas to get more for our house, and when we realized we couldnt do something he was there to save us and did it better than we ever could. Hes seriously a magical unicorn realtor/project manager and were so fortunate to have found him and Liron (who was also involved behind the scenes and helped us prepare our house to sell). We were under contract in 3 days under amazing terms (above what we thought we could ever sell for) and it was without a doubt all due to Jeremy and Lirons work. We cant say enough good things!

First with selling, Jeremy truly understands the market and will be honest with you. Now I know what youre thinking, everyone uses aEURoehonestaEUR?, but the reason I use it here is that Jeremy wont tell you what you want to hear, but will tell you what you need to hear so you can truly sell your house and MAXIMIZE the amount you can get. He isnt afraid to come back and say I was wrong lets list it at this price. He knew right away what we would most likely get for the house. His recommendations are spot on, his pricing knowledge is tremendous and knows how to spark the most interest and his marketing of your house will take a simple split level and make it into one of the most beautiful houses youve ever seen! He even puts you in touch with people who can help fix what might need fixing. The teams ability to be meticulous about your house, will pay great dividends that youll realize when youre reviewing offers. His patience and feeling like family, is a true gift and makes the process, which sometimes is beyond maddening, as smooth as it can be.For the buying, we did not make his life easy and were on a tight budget crutch and a husband and wife that didnt necessarily want the exact same things. He truly got to know what was important to each of us individually as well as separately to find both our dream home. Jeremy was able to calmly walk us through our options, not wasting our time with houses that were either well out of our range or werent houses we would be interested in. His ability to get a hold of houses before they were on the market and gain access, proved key as we were able to find the right house, which fit everything we wanted, got to see it before it made it to the market, gave us expert advice on what we needed in the offer to give it the best possible shot to win and worked early hours on a weekend to make it happen. His assistance never stopped and they helped on so many occasions with various questions until close. Last kicker, which sets them apartaEUR|when we moved into our house, it was incredibly dirty due to really bad sellers who just wanted to leave. Jeremy went out of his way to make it right and has helped every bit along the way to make sure we were happy in the end, with a variety of services. It doesnt end once you close and you move in, you truly get the ultimate customer service and family feeling. Theres so much more I could write, but in the spirit of trying to make this readable, I could not recommended Jeremy enough. He will be the best choice you make and you will be forever grateful you did, as our family is!
