Jeremy helped us sell my mothers home in Shawnee Kansas. It's an understatement to say he went above and beyond! My mother had a stroke in February which forced her to come live with us in Oregon and sell her house in Shawnee. In addition to the challenge of dealing with sellers in a different state, the house required work to bring it up to code before selling. I firmly believe that we would not have been able to sell the house at all if it weren't for Jeremy regularly stopping by to deal with any issues that came up and helping us deal with the contractors. In the end Jeremy found us a cash buyer that was willing to finish the updates that were needed! I honestly wish Jeremy was a broker in my state as I would absolutely work with him on my next home transaction. I recommend him to all my friends that live in the KC metro area 100%.

Stacey is a great realtor and provided us with guidance and solid advice at every step of the process. She was always willing to show us properties and encouraged us to see as many as we wanted in order to find the right one (and we saw A LOT). After our first house under contract had some inspection issues, Stacey and Jeremy provided solid advice on how to negotiate and what we should and shouldnt ask for. Unfortunately, that house fell through, but Stacey tried to keep our optimism up and encouraged us to take as much time as needed and then continue the search when we were ready. Eventually we found another house and are happy to say that this time everything went off without a hitch aEUR" in no small part thanks to Stacey. In a hot market where timing matters, Stacey was on top of everything and helped us get in timely offers at the right price and with the right contingencies, all while respecting and reminding us to only do what we were comfortable with. We have spent the last year with Jeremy looking at a number of houses all around the KC metro. I felt that Jeremy spent the time to understand what we wanted and needed. When we went astray he gently redirected us to better properties. He went out of his way to review properties before we went together so we wouldn't waste our time with homes that did not meet our requirements. When we finally found the home we wanted that is when Jeremy really shined. His knowledge of all things real estate helped us negotiate a great contract and ensured all of the proper inspections were completed at very reasonable costs mostly to the previous owner. I think we can say that we were fortunate enough to find a great real estate agent and now a new friend through this process. We have had other agents before and never had such an exceptional experience.We have already bought our home, and Jeremy is still with us helping us maneuver the cosmetic touch ups to make the home our own. Just today, he drove out to help us pick hardwood floor coloring.
