My wife and I worked with Cindy Appleman at REMAX Edge to both sell our home and help us buy a home. Cindy worked tirelessly with us over the course of six months until we found the right home. She was always responsive to emails, text messages and phone calls. She was always willing to go above and beyond her job description throughout the process. She helped us through a difficult situation with our home sell and was willing to look at alternatives including changing it to a rental and now will be managing the property for us. Cindy was a great realtor for a new home buyer. She would contact me with listings which fit directly into the interests I conveyed to her and she would not hold out any information regarding the property. She was decently responsive and would always answer my questions thoroughly, no matter how minor the question may have been. She did not attempt to push properties on me but instead would enthusiastically present them and then talk through my concerns until a conclusion was made to make an offer or walk away.The first house I looked at with her was eventually the house I purchased after a few months and a few houses, and she negotiated a very fair deal that I am proud of.I would highly recommend her to new home buyers in the area (in fact, I did, and he was able to close on another amazing house).
