Cindy Appleman was by far the best realtor that I chose to represent myself through out the entire process of buying my first home. Being only 22 years old, most people my age wouldnt have a single clue as where to begin when looking into buying their first home. Especially with the budget that I had and having a little daughter to keep in mind when picking a safe location. Cindy found a beautiful home in a spectacular neighborhood. Then to go above and beyond her expectations Cindy even helped me find the perfect lender, who quickly got myself approved for the loan. I honestly couldnt believe how quick she negotiated an affordable price and set a closing date. Now a year into living in our first home with absolutely no problems I show much gratitude for everything that she had done for my family and I. We have awesome neighbors, plenty of room to play in the backyard, a sturdy reliable house, one of the best school districts in the area and most importantly its a safe location for my daughter.Cindy deserves the highest recognition for everything that she did when representing myself as the buyer. Cindy was a great realtor for a new home buyer. She would contact me with listings which fit directly into the interests I conveyed to her and she would not hold out any information regarding the property. She was decently responsive and would always answer my questions thoroughly, no matter how minor the question may have been. She did not attempt to push properties on me but instead would enthusiastically present them and then talk through my concerns until a conclusion was made to make an offer or walk away.The first house I looked at with her was eventually the house I purchased after a few months and a few houses, and she negotiated a very fair deal that I am proud of.I would highly recommend her to new home buyers in the area (in fact, I did, and he was able to close on another amazing house).
