There are not enough good things that I can say about The Walden Team. Missy and her team walked me through every step of the process of selling my home. She assured me we could get the asking price that I wanted when other realtors told me I couldn't get that amount and she was right. She takes her customers through a step-by-step process that I believe guarantees success if you are willing to do the work required to sell your home. She was there for me at every turn. Her guidance for getting the house ready was amazing, she walked me through each room going over what she thought I should do to get the house ready prior to putting it on the market. Without her guidance I know I would not have gotten my asking price. We achieved every goal we set for selling my home. Missy is one of the most professional and knowledgeable realtors I've ever met, she goes out of her way to make sure her customer has the best possible experience. Her team Is proactive instead of reactive. By the time the house was ready to go onto the market there was nothing else to do but let the house sell itself. The house looked so good that I even considered not putting it on the market, it looked so good! If I had it to do again the Walden Team would be my only choice by far!

During the process of buying our first home, Missy was the best realtor we could hope for. She listened to what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend with our first place. She was patient; doing everything she could to find the right home for our family. We looked at maybe a dozen places and finally found the house for us; it turned out to be a short sale. I am sure that everyone knows that they are not nearly as quick to obtain as the name implies; Missy just kept letting us know every week the status of the sale and 4 months later we got to purchase our first home. Missy was able to negotiate a deal for use where we had no out of pocket expenses for this house, enabling us to put all of the foreseen closing costs towards the house. We have been here for 3 weeks and everything is going great. Missy is an outstanding, exceptional realtor and friend.
