We were first time home buyers, but shooting for a home to be in for a long while! It was a huge decision for us, and we knew it would be very permanent. We searched for 8 months with Austin and he went through all of our ideas of what we wanted, was so willing to look at our groups of houses week after week! We finally learned what we were really needing and willing to do and finally we found the perfect floor plan for the right price just a little outside of the area we had been searching. Austin was very understanding and spend countless hours with us explaining anything we didnt understand about the buying process, was very understanding of life situations and just worked with us for so long! I am sure he could and I know he does find quick housing for others but we needed to shuffle through the options and compare so many things to feel good about our choice and he was there for us! We highly recommend Austin to anyone of any walk of life looking for real estate!
