My wife and I have been able to work with Austin twice now, once to buy and once to sell. Let me tell you, both times were amazing experiences! He works hard until the job is done and does the best job out there. When we were buying we ran him through the ringer trying to find the perfect place. I can't remember how many showings we went to, but we were really picky and he was very helpful the whole time. When it came to price, Austin helped us get a screaming deal! When Austin helped us sell one of our properties it was an amazing experience. Having a crazy market helps a ton, but Austin was able to navigate these times and get us way over asking price for a great return on our investment. Not to mention it was listed, signed for, and money in the bank in under two weeks. What more can you ask for?
