We chose the Jen Dillard team at the Hasson Company Realtors to help us find a new home because of their local expertise in a small, dynamic market. Kenzie was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her knowledge of the area was fantastic! Anyone can find MLS listings, but Kenzie was familiar with commutes, neighborhoods and local flavor, and was able to find the perfect home for us. She understood the market and helped us make an acceptable offer in our best interest. Most importantly, she was incredibly engaged in the process, and when we had issues with scheduling of the appraisal and delays in closing, she was an expert in helping to move things along. She even drove a few hours the day before closing to get us keys and negotiate early occupancy so we weren't "homeless" for Thanksgiving. Kenzie and her whole team were super easy to work with and very professional. I highly recommend Kenzie to anyone interested in purchasing a home in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge!
