Adam Salas is the best realtor my wife and I have ever come across. Adam is honest, genuine, and whether you are selling or buying, he is always ready to go the extra mile to get you the price margin you are shooting for. If your expectations are unrealistic based on market realities, he will let you know. What are the perks with going with Adam as your realtor? 1. Adam has an extensive network of realtors both locally and across the United States. He will use this network to either find you a house or spread word about your house if you are selling. (We had offers on our house before it even officially was posted on the market just from Adam spreading word of mouth among his network). 2. If selling: Unlike some realtors who will only take a few snapshots of your house using their "high end" i-phones and put the pictures up on Zillow and call it good, Adam will actually do a professional videography of your home using a high end drone and cameraman and he will provide feedback to potential buyers and agents who watch the video. 3. If looking to buy a home: Adam will provide you a workup of the neighborhood, value of the homes, and other items you might be interested in related to your home purchase price range. He will also help you keep an eye out for bad sells and hidden problems in homes. When moving forward on a purchase, he has a top notch home inspector named Sean, who you will have the option to hire to walk through any home with you to help find potential problems. You may be tempted to go with a different inspector (we did in the past), but based upon Sean's performance for the home we bought we ultimately saved $6,000 on needed home repairs that were illegally hidden by the sellers and agent of the home we purchased -- Sean ultimately found these items by inspecting every nook and cranny of the house we bought (I was there with him and watched him work, he's like a James Bond of home inspection). All in all, I can honestly say, having both bought and sold a home with Adam and also having bought a home with a different agent in the past, Adam is going to make the process much less stressful for you than it might be with some other realtors. Experience is important for any profession, so having a realtor that understands the market, worked in the home construction industry in the past, truly knows how to process VA, FHA, and conventional loans, and who also has a great professional network of contacts is important. If you want to slog at buying or selling a home yourself and forget the whole agent thing, you can certainly do that -- and with patience and persistence (and if you don't get too greedy) you'll probably ultimately be successful after six to nine months. But if you are a working professional with a busy work and home life, cut yourself some slack and just contact Adam Salas -- it will make your life much easier and he is going to earn every penny of his commission.
