Helen recently helped me to buy my first home in Austin. Going into this process as a first time home buyer, I didn't know what to expect, but Helen was there every step of the way to help guide me. From letting me know what I needed to be looking for during tours, to going into depth explaining every step of the process to make sure I was comfortable. She was always so quick getting back to me whether that was wanting to set up tours, or just answering any of my questions that I had. Working with Helen was a very friendly and personable experience. She didn't want to just sell me any house, she wanted to sell me the RIGHT house that I would be happy with for many years to come.
