This is my first time buying a home and my husbands and my first time selling a home and Nick has been great! Hes communicative without being pushy, super personable, and easy to talk to. He gave us great advice before listing our home and his advice wasnt to add a bunch of costly upgrades but common sense stuff that made the house look better but didnt cost much, if anything. On the selling end hes been open to our ideas, responsive when we call, text, or email him, and just very friendly. He doesnt seem like he wants to push us into a home at the top of our price range and really seems to want us to find something well be happy and comfortable with. Finally, as a woman I am not a fan of salespeople at all and I do not get that vibe from Nick. Hes so nice and I would be comfortable touring homes with him alone without my husband, if needed.
