Most people think you select a realtor to help you find the house you are looking for and get you the best value. Likewise selling your home the same. When I moved back to the USA from overseas I started looking at homes online like most people do and I found a house I liked and clicked, after filling in the info on the site. Within the hour I received a call from Sean and the journey began. I arrived in the Acadiana area a few weeks later and attend the aEURoeParade or HomesaEUR? as it was that time. Sean linked up with me and we started to go over homes in the area. I had it narrowed to a few and he helped me start the process of finding a banker to assist in the purchase. A few months passed as we looked at more homes, then my life changed. I had to take a time out and stop the search. Sean kept sending me the daily links to keep me informed. Sean was there, even when I was selling my house up North he gave me valuable advice to get me a full price offer. Two years had passed and Sean was still in my corner encouraging me to find the right place. I found a few places I liked, but Sean kept vigilance to steer me to the right places and what is a good value and what is overpriced. Finally we found the perfect home and Sean was there at each step to move it along. Even after the closing I had a few hiccups in the new digs and once again he assisted me in getting those little details corrected and even helped me find a good handyman. Sean is 6 stars, not only does he look after your best interests, but really cares that you find the right place.
