I truly dont have the words to express how grateful I am to Eric West and his team. Our partners first came to know of him through his incredible YouTube channel and were excited to work with him after he took our call. Despite the challenging circumstances our unique situation presented, Eric remained positive, professional, patient and gave much needed advice at crucial moments in our journey. He and his team were always available to answer our questions and concerns and they were immeasurable help as aEURoeboots on the groundaEUR? as we attempted to sell our condo from the main land. Eric was knowledgable about the local market and helped us navigate various offers on our property. When the right one came around, he negotiated with strength on our behalf, in order to get us the best possible offer. Without getting into the weeds, our situation was quite complex and frankly, a very difficult undertaking and I simply dont believe that any other realtor could have procured as lucrative an offer in such a short amount of time for our group.
