To put it simply, Atlas Fathalla is, hands down, the best realtor I have ever worked with. His persistent follow-up over months of indecision, with absolutely no pressure, landed him the listings of my house AND my fiance's house AND the purchase of our beautiful, perfect home!! His knowledge of the market, diligence and dedication to his clients is, in my opinion, unmatched. It was a stressful time for us combining homes, but Atlas made it so easy and absolutely looked out for our very best interest in all 3 transactions. (He also, very politely, stayed on us for things we were dragging our feet on. Again, stressful time.) I have bought and sold a few homes and have worked in the residential homes arena for almost 20 years. I have worked with and personally known many agents and can tell you honestly that Atlas is the absolute best. I can assure you anytime we have the need for an agent or recommend one to a friend or family member, it will be Atlas Fathalla!!

I can not put into mere words how amazing Atlas is, not only as an expert realtor, but also as an honest, considerate, and understanding person. He spent many months working with me and my family to find us our perfect home (which I considered to be an impossible task since the needs of all of us are very different and all those needs needed to be prioritized). Many times I told Atlas that I am flabbergasted by his emotional intelligence; he understands what everyone is looking for and finds a way to make it happen. He helped us find the perfect home, in the type of location we were hoping for, with the amount and kind of space we required, and well within our price range. And he did it all with extreme patience and kindness, making himself available to us any time of day or night. Once he found the perfect house for us, he led us through the inspection and closing process, with us having to do nothing but show up and sign the documents. The entire process, from searching for a house to closing, was a seamless one because of Atlas. I have worked with many realtors in my lifetime and I can honestly say that Atlas is the best! I will never work with anyone else other than Atlas again, now and in the future. I feel very fortunate to have found him to help me and my family with all our property needs!

Atlas was/is in every sense of the word PROFESSIONAL. I have worked with many real estate agents in the past, (previous home building business), and none has cared as much as he does. We sat down on day one and discussed, in great detail, the price ranges that he felt my home would sell based on the current market conditions. Atlas also provided copious amounts of information that described our home comps/competition in the marketplace giving us an educated path forward to sell. He told me how many showings on average it takes and a timeframe for a smooth closing. He hit the nail on the head! After each showing clear details came back from the buyer's agents of what/how we measured up and if it was suitable to their needs without me having to ask for them. Responses came within hours, not days. At no time did I ever have any doubt he would get the job done. The listing was spot on, detailed and, again, very professionally presented. The photographer, listing and paperwork was crystal clear and spot on. Every I was dotted, and every T crossed. We were closed in 68 days. You cannot find a better agent in the business of getting your home sold. To say Atlas knows his stuff is a huge understatement. And furthermore, his support staff/team were timely, accurate and on top of their job during the entire process as well. You CAN'T find a better Real Estate Agent than Atlas! Trust us.
