I was looking to purchase my first house just when the new laws changed in Oregon. I was very hesitant to sign a contract with a realtor I had never met before, as this was a life-changing purchase and a whole new experience for me to try and navigate everything buying a house entails. I really lucked out with Mason, even though I have years of experience in construction, Mason pointed out things my family and I didnt notice, giving me his expert advice, but never pushing me one way or another. He ALWAYS made time and showed me many homes on short notice. He was also able to get 10k off the selling price, and an additional 2.5k in repair expenses. He was always in communication with me about listings, and the time spent together has turned into a friendship that I didnt think I would have. I cant say enough good things about Mason, and so glad fate brought him into my life. To me with a purchase that took years to culminate, having someone that was a friend and there for me instead of a salesman out to make money, was something I will be eternally grateful for, and why I would recommend Mason Drews to anyone and why I took the time to write this review!
